Spinning
There is Thread Guide on to which a Yarn passes through Drafting Rollers, a traveler that rotates around a ring, onto a tube or bobbin, carrying spindle, the axis of which passes through a center of the ring. The spindle and the traveler are dragged by the loop of yarn passing around a ring. In spinning, the yarn is continuously issuing from the rollers of the drafting system and the angular velocity of the traveler is less than that of the spindle of an amount that is sufficient to allow the yarn to be wound onto the bobbin at the same rate as that at which it issues from the drafting rollers.
Spinning Ring is one of the most common spinning methods in the world. Air-jet and Open-end spinning is a technique where through a Rotor a Staple Fiber is blown and gets attached to the tail of the manufactured yarn which continuously being drawn out of the chamber. Other methods of break spinning use needles and electrostatic forces.
The process to make short-staple yarn typically spun from fibers from 0.75 to 2.0″ are blending, opening, carding, pin-drafting, roving, spinning, also plying and dyeing is one of the ways to do it.
